This video is about Instant Pot ~ New York Cheese Cake ~ 1st Place Winner !!! This is our 1st place winner out of all the other recipes we have tried.

* I meant to say that I used parchment paper in the video !!!!!!!!

- Crust ~ 10 graham cracker sheets ( or about 1 full package ), 4 tbsp melted butter, pinch of salt, 2 tsp brown sugar

- Cheesecake batter ~ 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp corn starch, 2 pinches salt, 16 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2tsp vanilla, 2 eggs

- Topping ~ 2 "big huge" tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp sugar


- Pressure cook 26 min

- rest 10 min

- refrigerate at least 4 hours ~ even better overnight




****** Nothing in this recipe needs to be exact !!!!!! ~ If you want to alter it slightly to meet your own preference that is just fine. This video is a combination of all of the other videos and recipes that I have tried in the past. I always slightly change recipes to my preference, thats the fun of cooking. Either way I promise you, when you are done, you will still get cheesecake. Don't over think anything :) and have fun....And yes, my 2 pinches of salt were too big in the video.... oh well, better luck next time. I'm not a professional Chef or Baker. I'm just a single parent trying to have fun in the kitchen and make fun things for my boys...

FULL RECIPE HERE:

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1 can refrigerated biscuits, uncooked. (You will only use 5 for this recipe, so bake the other 3 according to package directions to have a few extra on hand.)
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions:
Turn on sauté function to heat up Instant Pot inner pot. Add olive oil to coat bottom then add onion, celery, and carrots. sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken and stir well. Sprinkle with flour and stir continuously until the chicken and vegetable mixture is well-coated with the flour. Add thyme, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Stir well, making sure to scrape the bottom clean of brown bits.
Cut 5 of the refrigerated biscuits into fourths. Drop biscuit pieces on top of the chicken mixture. Do not stir or submerge.
Turn off sauté function by pressing the cancel button. Secure lid, ensuring the valve is pointed toward sealing. Press the pressure cook button and set the timer to 8 minutes.
When the timer goes off, let the pot sit another 10 minutes. After sitting for 10 minutes, turn valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove lid and add cream and peas. Gently stir to combine. Serve in bowls.

Instant Pot Korean Beef - The best and easiest Korean beef you will ever make in the pressure cooker. 10 min prep or less! And the meat comes out amazingly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more, to taste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, Sriracha, onion powder and white pepper.

2. Place chuck roast into a 6-qt Instant Pot®. Stir in beef broth mixture until well combined.

3. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 15 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer’s directions.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water; set aside.

5. Select high sauté setting. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
